This delightful three bedroomed detached house has everything that you would want when looking to move to the country. It is in absolutely immaculate condition and features an amazing multi-level garden
The only way to really appreciate this property is to visit it and if you do that on a sunny day you will fall in love immediately.
You approach the property from the rear via private no-through road. There is off-road parking behind the property for four cars.
As you approach the property a small flight of stairs takes you down to the rear stable door to enter the property. Also accessed from the rear of the property is a store shed which can also be accessed from the rear garden.
From the rear door find yourself in the kitchen. This has a range of cream shaker style units on two walls with the wall to left having glass fronted display cabinets. At one end of the kitchen is a five burner gas range with electric double oven housed in a brick alcove with wooden beam lintel. There is a quarry tiled floor, Belfast style sink and plumbing for dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine.
Leave in the kitchen into the dining room. This features a brick chimney breast that houses the wood burning stove. It has a window overlooking the front of the property and like the rest of the house, the decoration is in excellent order. The floor is slate tiles and currently has a large rug as can be seen in the photographs.
Door from the dining room takes you through to the small in the hall which has stairs leading to the first floor, a door leading through to the lounge and a stable door leading you out into the garden.
The lounge has yet another wood burning stove set into a brick fire surround with wooden mantle. It has laminate floor and French doors that open out onto the patio and rear garden. Again the decoration in this room is in very good condition.
Quality of this property continues on the first floor, where there are three good size bedrooms two of which are very ample sized double rooms, and third bedroom, although a single is still a good size. The two double bedrooms have large windows letting lots of light and all three bedrooms are carpeted.
The last room on the first floor is the family bathroom and although small, great use has been made of the space with a white suite featuring panelled bath, with the WC and handbasin housed in a built-in unit. The walls around the bath and sink are fully tiled and there is a plumbed-in shower over the bath.
Outside to the front you will find beautiful tiered garden. On the top level there is a flag and brick patio area directly outside of the property. To the left of the French doors, there is a wooden built wood store for easy access to the wood burning stove in the lounge. On the opposite side, you find a delightful wooden gazebo area with brick built chimney. In this area, you have the second access to the store shed.
From the top level there are two paths that lead down to the next level of the garden where you’ll find a wooden decked area bordered by low hedges.
From this area we go down yet another level via brick steps or via a gravel path to the third tier of the garden. This is mostly lawn with planting around the edges.
The final tier of the garden takes you down to an area that houses a large garden shed and another flat area of forest bark.
Any description of this garden and the property really doesn’t do it justice, we suggest you look at the pictures but even better visit the property for yourself to experience it.
In keeping with the style of this property all the windows are hardwood rather than UPVC, but to feature double glazed panes.
The property has gas central heating run by a Worcester Combi boiler.
