This three bedroom semi detached is in lovely condition and is in a great location. Close enough to the city but also with easy access to the motorway network. Parking for multiple cars and no onward chain, also adds to the attraction.

Outside to the front. At the front of the property, there is a slabbed area which has parking for multiple cars. Current owner has had four cars parked outside the house.

Ground floor. You enter the property through a small porch which takes you through into the lounge. The lounge is a lovely bright room with a large window overlooking the front of the property. Like the rest of the house, the decoration is in excellent order and clean neutral colours. There is a feature gas fire on one wall and the floor is carpeted.

From the lounge you move through into a further reception room which is currently being used as a home gym. There is also space for a fridge freezer and there is a breakfast bar on one wall. This room also houses the Worcester combi boiler that runs the gas central heating.

This space continues into the conservatory proper which the current owners used as a dining room/family room. This has a dwarf wall with large UPVC windows with top openings and a pitched roof. There is an electric heater, French doors opening onto the rear garden and the floor is laminate.

First floor. Due to the third bedroom being on the ground floor, the first floor of this home has two good size bedrooms and a good sized family bathroom. The main bedroom which overlooks the front of the property is a large double and also features built-in storage of the stairwell. The second bedroom which overlooks the rear of the property is also a good size and has laminate flooring.

There is a further patio and seating area towards the rear of the garden and a garden shed. The garden is bordered on three sides by wooden fencing setting concrete posts with concrete bases. Another feature of this garden is that is not overlooked to the rear.

Our impression of this property is one that has had many updates in recent years and is in excellent condition and as such, we can’t imagine it will be on the market for very long.
