Compliance Position
Homeasy is being designed as a UK property transaction marketplace and workflow facilitator. This page summarises the public compliance posture for the pre-launch product.
Marketplace, not decision-maker
Homeasy does not provide legal advice, mortgage advice, financial advice, valuation advice, or regulated lending decisions. Accountable professionals remain responsible for advice, sign-off, and regulated activity.
AI review first
AI-assisted document review is designed to surface issues, summaries and draft comments. It is not intended to replace solicitor, broker, lender, surveyor or other professional verification.
Controlled activation
External providers, Bedrock/Textract-style services, payment services and regulated partner workflows are intended to be activated only when the right controls, disclosures and commercial terms are in place.
Data residency
The target architecture assumes UK-first hosting and data-residency controls unless a specific pilot or partner arrangement requires a documented change.
