Homeasy is currently in a pre-launch and closed-loop demo phase. This notice explains how we expect to handle personal data as we speak with early users, partners, advisors and investors.
What we collect
When you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, organisation, role, and any information you choose to share about your interest in Homeasy. The public website does not currently run a live waiting-list database.
How we use it
We use contact information to reply to enquiries, arrange product conversations, manage partner discussions, and improve the pre-launch product direction.
Demo data
The demo workspace uses representative case records and illustrative content. Do not upload or email customer data unless we have explicitly agreed a controlled pilot process with suitable terms in place.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with professional advisors, infrastructure providers, or partners where needed to operate, secure, or evaluate Homeasy.
